According to the NFPA 13 and NFPA 25, if you have 300 sprinklers or less, you should have no fewer than six spare heads; if you have 300 to 1,000 sprinkler heads, you should have no fewer than 12; and if you have more than 1,000 sprinklers, you should have no fewer than 24 spares.
